MemoHenry, household head, now giving age of 55, agricultural labourer and wife Charlotte, age 61, a lace worker lived at Cross Path. Living with them was son-in-law John Loveridge, widower, age 35, agricultural labourer and his children Susan, age 13, lace worker, James, age 7, John age 3 & Elizabeth age 1 year. This suggests John’s wife died at childbirth in 1850. The 1841 census shows John’s wife as Charlotte, daughter of James and sister of Eliza.
