The 1841 & 1851 census give parents as William and Elizabeth and son John resides with them. Further Thomas, William & Martha are the eldest children whose parents are recorded as William & Elizabeth so this suggests Sarah was Elizabeth. Perhaps Elizabeth used alias Sarah or perhaps IGI records are in error.
