Piece or parcel of land situated in the Parish of Worondi in the county of Brisbane in the State of New South Wales containing a measurement nine hundred and forty six acres at Woron Creek on the River Goulburn be the same more or less bounded on the East by a line north one hundred and thirty six chains commencing at the River Goulburn about 20 chains west of the east boundary of Morris Townsend’s two thousand five hundred and sixty acres primary grant on the north of a line west eighty chains on the west by a line south one hundred and two chains to the River Goulburn and on the south by the river being land sold as lot thirty one in pursuance of the advertisement of fifteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven.
