William Diviny aged 19 born may 1822 from Scregg and his sister Mary aged 18 from Kilkerrin are listed on the Ship "Earl Grey" in 1841. parents are listed as Patrick Diviny and Mary "Agew"..Listed as known to Thomas Collins and Pat Rully------Scregg and Kilkerrin are townlands situated midway between Moylough and Glenamaddy
Mary Ann arrived in Australia as a free settler with her brother William Deveney 
They were both sponsored to come here - she as a nursery maid and Billy (as she called him) as a farm hand/labourer.  Mary could read and William could read and write.  Their parents were Patrick and Mary.
They had come from Ireland -  Galway.  On the boat they were reported as liking dancing and going to church.  They were both in good health and behaved themselves on the way.  When they arrived she was 18 and he was 19.

On 22 January  Mary Bright born in Galway Ireland married John Moss.  He was a widower from Colchester England.  He was a settler.  Both gave their residence as Cooks Vale.
They were married in the Manse at the Church of Scotland, Goulburn.  Louisa  Moss was born on 2 April 1863.

On Mary Ann Deveney, Bright, Moss' Death Certificate it states that she had three children to John Moss.  One was Louisa and 2 were deceased.
