The marriage index says Edith married either Geoffry LODWICK or Thomas Pearson. Neither of these gentlemen were found in the 1911 census, nor was an Edith that fits.
The possibility that they left UK was investigated and there was a Mr & Mrs G LODWICK leaving in the same quarter as the marriage on 8th April 1909 so this is a possibility and Edith’s husband is recorded as Geoffry LODWICK for that reason. Only reviewing actuql birth record would confirm this.
