In 1901 Henry was staying with Uncle Thomas & Aunt Ellen Turpin in Islington, London. Not found in 1891 census at all but for Thomas & Ellen Turpin to be Aunt and Uncle I have concluded his parents must have been Horace John Townsend and Emily Turpin. The closeness of birth times is tight but fits as does location. Finding Baptism confirmed all above and shows father as John not Horace John.
