The 1911 census indicates Stephen & Florence had a total of 13 children with three dying before 1911. Only one Annie Florence is known to have died in 1896 so the other two death prior to 1911 are unknown. Florence’s daughter Beatrice is not included in the 13 children as at census time Florence is staying with her sister Mary Ethel Heard and indicates she had 14 children however she said 4 had died prior to 1911.Aassuming this was actually 3 who died means there are 2 unknowns who had died prior to 1911. Further one child born before 1911 and still living has not been found. In all probability one would think that Florence knew best how many of her chirdren had died prior to 1911 thus there were three unknown children who died before 1911 meaning there was no unknown child living after 1911.
