Know that 3 children of William and Lucy died before 1911. Only one of these is know, namely Richard William who died in 1892 and the other two don’t appear on any census. A possibility is Herbert Redgrave Wells who was born 1886 and died 1889 Q4 aged 3 [vol 3B page 284].
