Cannot be certain that this is correct Edward & Sarah but it fits well with birth of son Edward in 1803.

Edward arrived in January 1816 on the Fanny, as a free settler, with 3 male children.

Sarah came on the ship Mary Ann which arrived the day after the Fanny. The Mary Ann carried mainly female convicts however Sarah "came free". There was a convict Mary Whitehouse on the same ship.
