Felex may have come to NSW in 1888 however he is back in London at time of 1891 census. If this is Felix, born 1872 he would have been only 16 years old. Perhaps it was his father but a return trip to UK has not been found.

This entry appears to be for F L KEMP, not F J Kemp but is the only person found leaving England after 1891 and arriving prior to marriage in Sydney in August 1901.
