Notes for William BRAY
William’s death record suggests he arrived in Victoria circa 1854. He would have been about 15 years old. A review of shipping arrivals in Melbourne show a number of William Bray’s arriving around that time.

this was a large group of Bray families including a William 46 & Catherine 47. Our Willliam senior would be about 46 but Catherine (Day) would have been only 41, not 47. No young Catherine was amongst this group or not recorded.

A better age would be as follows but this arrival is too late.
