Myra was daughter William & Ann Spurway and Ann must have been a sibling of this William Hart for Myra to be a niece. The Perry family is also related to the Bovett family. Williams’s second wife was married to William Bovett (her first husband) and Rebecca Bovett married a John Perry. William Bovett’s father Thomas was the brother of James who was Rebecca’s father.

Neice Myra Perry is recorded as witness on death certificate of William and have traced her back to William Hart. Myra’s mother Anne Hart Batstone born Devon circa 1815 is almost certainly William’s sister Ann. The name Batsone is shown on parish record of Ann’s marriage so either Ann married prior to marrying John Perry or the entry is in error or refers to a witness or something.
