The registration was altered on 4 July 1881 to provide name of Thomas, prior to that no name was recorded. John’s profession of Police constable, his age 36 years and that he was born in Clongher, Ireland. It also states Ada Hart, age 19 was born in Adelaide, which is incorrect (according to Victorian birth registration) but apparently Ada thought that to be so at that time.
Death MemoThomas is not listed as a child of Ada on her death registration. Perhaps he died soon after his birth. No death record found in New Zealand.
