Notes for Anne HARRIS
Possible baptism There were only 2 Ann HARRIS baptisms recorded in Lower Mitton in the 1820s according to Family History Societies Online [Malvern Society's Worcestershire baptism records] and both only had mother recorded and only one in 1828 for Ann HARRIS in Stourport (Lower Mitton). As this date fits well with Ann’s birthdate there is likely that the following was her baptism and her mother’s name was Elizabeth HARRIS. This assumes Ann’s mother was not married but John Heywood could have been her father.

Ann Harris
gender: Female
baptism/christening date: 07 Jan 1828

On the 19th June 1844 Lower Mitton, a chapelry in Kidderminster parish, was united with the hamlet of Upper Mitton to form the new parish of Stourport.
Research notes for Anne HARRIS
Anne Harris is shown as Annie Garrow in marriage certificate of 1905 of Harry Whaite to Daisy Morris and death Harry’s death certificate of 1931. Presumably Daisy used the information on their marriage certificate. There is an indirect connection to the Garrow name, as Anne’s first husband Charles Fisher’s stepfather was Joseph Garrow (1789-1857). Is it possible that Harry Whaite’s father, George knew or was a friend of the Garrow family? If this were so it might explain how Ann, meet and eventually married George.
Notes for Charles & Anne (Family)
Anne Harris was my Great-great-grandmother she married twice. Her first marriage was to Charles Fisher (1806-1853). Charles Fisher’s mother, Theodosia Abrams married again after the death of Charles’ father in 1810 to Joseph Garrow. They had a daughter Theodasia Garrow(1816-1865) who married Thomas Adophus Trollop in 1848. After Theodosia’s death Thomas Adolphus married in 1866 Frances Eleanor Ternan. They were introduced by Charles Dickens. Frances’ younger sister Ellen was Charles Dicken’s mistress.5546
