James, Elizabeth and family moved from Manly to 37 Bond St., Mosman during 1923.

In the back yard at 37 Bond Street soon after moving there probably early 1924. No idea who the stray boy is at left.

James & Elizabeth moved to here circa 1951. Elizabeth lived there until just before her death in 1963. James moved to retirement unit in Hornsby circa 1970.
